               Employment Situation Summary

 "Unemployment" what does it mean? Unemployment is that who are capable and employable as well as actively finding a job but they are not getting perfect employment whatever they want. But have we ever been investigated that why it's happening?

never ever we don't wanna see the problem of our surrounding territory because we are not sane people. People never attempt to justify what's going on all around if we see that we are more punctual to poking others.

Most of the prominent always throw solace of us that no worries I'm here you will get a chance I will give you a perfect job, I have huge power etc whatever they necessary to give consolation. Let's try ever when you will want employment over there then they will say oh! it's too late why you didn't contact me before a couple days, month etc.

When you see before the mirror that you are helpless, you're gonna desperate during that time nobody will come to over you. On the other hand, day by day to get depression, anxiety, hesitation, flutter you will think you're a loser.

In our country, the unemployment rate is approximately 4.15 per-cent according to 2020. Where we are? In our country a qualified candidate doesn't get a better job, but why? nobody knows and nobody wants to know. When an unemployed try to do something for declining his/her unemployment career for example: a boy/girl is starting a grocery business or clothes business or whatever they want, In our nearby people never take it effortlessly they criticise behind them, oh!!!! your son/daughter is doing low-class business why doesn't he/she any job? it's their annotation. Where it's their own biz where there is no obstacle.

If we see a job it's like a to do slavery of opposite, otherwise, there is no comfort zone of them. For the time being, we are so inferior minded we can't take everything spontaneously.

There is nothing negative if someone tries to flourish their career with their own satisfaction no momentous to do the job for getting smart lifestyle. We have sufficient options but it doesn't utilize. If our generation takes everything smartly if they perceive no job is small then our future will be more attractive...
